I accidentally hit the key to start recording with FRAPS on the way to Onyxia. Luckily, two guildmates engaged in a duel while waiting for the boat. The result was hilarious. I didn't realize I had the video until the zone screen popped up and interrupted FRAPS. As I recall, Sharksbane indeed did not make the boat as a result. Server: Hyjal. Guild: A Modest Proposal. Recorded March 2006, or possibly a month before then. (Spoiler: In case it's difficult to tell, Sharksbane (the warrior) gets mind-controlled and is forced to leap into the water)
